A billet aluminum axle-block mount that gives compatible Kawasaki KLX dirt bikes a dedicated mounting point for a dune safety flag or whip without bulky frame clamps.

Give your safety flag a dedicated mounting point on your compatible Kawasaki. This billet aluminum axle-block design replaces the factory block without drilling the frame or fender.

Flag/whip sold separately. Check that your flag base and retaining hardware fit the mount, then measure the complete setup against your riding area's current requirements.

Why Use an Axle-Block Mount?

The mounting point is integrated into the rear axle area instead of clamping onto the frame or bodywork. That keeps the installation compact and gives the bike a cleaner factory-style appearance.

Installation

1. Remove the factory rear axle block.
2. Install the Elite Engineering axle-block mount.
3. Install your compatible flag or whip hardware.

Important Before Riding

Confirm your flag/whip hardware is compatible with the mount and follow the safety-flag requirements for the riding area you are visiting.

Installation and Clearance Checks

Replacing an axle block involves rear-wheel hardware. Follow your motorcycle's service manual for rear-wheel alignment, chain slack and axle-nut torque. After installation, verify wheel rotation and brake operation, and check clearance from the tire, chain, brakes, exhaust, fender and rider with suspension travel and whip flex in mind.
