Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Elite Engineering. If you need to return an item, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The item should include any original packaging, hardware, accessories, or components that were included with the product.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

Items that have been installed, used, modified, damaged after delivery, or are missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Returns are accepted by mail.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error by Elite Engineering.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Original Shipping Charges

Any original shipping charges paid when placing the order are non-refundable, except when the return is the result of an error by Elite Engineering.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After a refund is issued, the amount of time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the item when applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact Elite Engineering with your order number and the reason for the return.

Returns should not be sent back without first requesting a return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
