Elite Engineering is a product development and manufacturing company focused on creating practical solutions for automotive and powersports applications.

We specialize in designing purpose-built products that solve real problems whether that means improving on an existing design, creating a better way to mount or repair something, or developing a solution for a problem that simply hasn’t been addressed well by the aftermarket.

Built From Real-World Problems

Most Elite Engineering products start the same way: with a problem.

Rather than designing products simply to add another item to the market, we focus on situations where there is a clear need for a better solution. That might be a vehicle specific license plate mounting system, a replacement component that prevents the need for an expensive larger repair, or a specialty part that makes a vehicle easier to use, maintain, or customize.

Once a problem is identified, the product moves through design, prototyping, testing, refinement, and manufacturing before being offered to customers.

Designed With Purpose

Elite Engineering focuses heavily on vehicle-specific designs rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

Our products are designed around the actual vehicle, mounting points, available space, hardware, and intended use. Whenever possible, we design parts to use existing factory mounting locations, minimize unnecessary modifications, and make installation straightforward.

The goal is simple: create a part that looks like it belongs on the vehicle and works the way it should.

From Idea to Finished Product

Elite Engineering is involved in the entire product development process not simply the sale of finished products.

Products begin with research and real-world experience, followed by CAD design, prototyping, fitment testing, material selection, manufacturing, and continued improvement based on customer feedback.

We use and work with modern manufacturing processes including CNC machining, metal fabrication, additive manufacturing, and other production methods depending on what best fits the product.

Meet the Founder

Elite Engineering was founded by Jayson Butcher, who serves as the company's Founder, Owner & Lead Engineer.

With years of hands on experience as an automotive technician, Jayson brings a practical, real-world perspective to product development. Working directly with vehicles makes it possible to recognize problems that may be overlooked and to understand what makes a product practical, durable, and easy to use.

As Lead Engineer, Jayson is directly involved in identifying product opportunities, developing concepts, designing components, building and evaluating prototypes, testing fitment, selecting materials and manufacturing methods, and refining products before they reach customers.

This hands on approach allows Elite Engineering to remain closely connected to both the problem being solved and the people who will ultimately use the product.
